The store was evacuated as the Corpus Christi Police Department's SWAT Team was called to the scene. They arrived around 9:50 a.m. and made entry to the store.

A man identified as 31-year-old Bradley Hagy was arrested and charged with aggravated robbery, making terroristic threats, criminal mischief and making a bomb hoax.

Police said Hagy appeared to be drinking some type of cough syrup while inside the store and he was brought out on a stretcher.
