A 22-year-old female student from Texas A&M University-Kingsville died Wednesday as a result of a motorcycle accident in Kingsville.
It happened over the noon hour on General Cavazos Boulevard near the Walmart. Police said a sport utility vehicle pulled out in front of a motorcycle and the rider Tonia Blair was thrown from the bike. Blair was rushed to a local hospital; where she later died from her injuries.
Authorities said Blair was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
