Josh Maxwell began his career at KIII as a digital content producer. After working alongside our nightside team of journalists to help spearhead digital coverage across all of our media platforms, he made the move to being in front of the camera in January 2024.
A proud Islander though and through, Josh graduated from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi in May 2021 with his degree in communication studies.
If you ask Josh how he came to work at KIII, he'll tell you that it was a "matter of chance." Normally not one to throw caution to the wind, Josh’s love for journalism stems from a sense of creative storytelling and feeling the "rush" during breaking news situations.
When Josh isn’t keeping our digital audience updated on the latest news, you can probably find him at a local thrift shop, attempting to read his long backlog of books or on Pinterest curating his favorite clothing combinations.
