CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — This ain't no ordinary fluff piece – it's a Robstown CottonFest piece!
City of Robstown representatives joined us on Domingo Live to invite the public to their free 38th Annual CottonFest celebration.
This year's CottonFest will take place Oct. 21 from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. at Robstown's Town Square. People of all ages are welcome to enjoy the event's free festivities, such as its cornhole tournament, barbecue cook-off, Kids' Zone and vendors.
CottonFest will also feature live music from local favorites Los Arias, Texas Bloodline, Raul Ayala, Chicas Rock and more.
Attendees are asked to refrain from bringing outside food and beverages, as food trucks and vendors will offer refreshments throughout the event. Lawn chairs, however, are allowed to be brought to the festival grounds.
You can find more information about Robstown's 38th Annual CottonFest, its live music schedule and barbecue cook-off participation details on its official Facebook event page.
