CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Corpus Christi Police Department had a busy weekend busting illegal street racers in the downtown area.
Officers conducted an operation in reference to several complaints of racing in the area of North Shoreline Boulevard, near the American Bank Center. In all, 10 people were arrested during the operation.
CCPD released footage of some of the illegal racing that occurred.
Among the 10 people charged with illegal racing, three were charged with reckless driving and another four were given separate traffic citations.
