CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — After two mass shootings happening back to back, one in El Paso and the other one in Dayton, Ohio and only just 13 hours apart safety, Chief Mike Markle said first responders go through an extensive training to prepare for situations like mass shootings in order to protect the community.
Chief Markle advised people to be alert all times when entering anywhere with big crowds.
"Is just part of life, when you are on a place know how to get out of there, be congitive of your surroudings, if your got says something's wrong listen to it, leave," said Chief Markle.
According to Markle, one of the most important thing is if you see something that doesn't look right, either online or on the street say something.
