The Corpus Christi Police Department honored some of their top officers Friday afternoon at a ceremony at CCPD headquarters.
Among the recognized were Officer Steven Rubelmann, Senior Officer Andrew Jordan and Officer Steven Brown, all shot in the line of duty in February of last year during a SWAT raid at a home on Churchill.
Other award winners received something called the Police Shield, the Life Saving Award, and Employee of the Year.
