Warrant issued for suspect in shooting homicide on Robby Drive

The Corpus Christi Police Department is looking for 39-year-old Zachary Hensley, who is wanted for murder on a $1 million bond.

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — An arrest warrant was issued Monday for a man suspected in a homicide that took place in the 2800 block of Robby Drive in Corpus Christi.

The Corpus Christi Police Department is looking for 39-year-old Zachary Hensley, who is wanted for murder on a $1 million bond.

It was Sunday, March 10, when  the employee of a nearby business called police after noticed there was blood coming from a truck with an unresponsive male inside. Police arrived and found that the man inside, later identified as Tyson Franklin, was deceased, possibly from a gunshot wound.

On Monday, Corpus Christi police said a warrant was issued for Hensley in relation to the crime.

Hensley is described as a 39-year-old male who stands 6'4", weighs approximately 200 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.
