The disaster recovery centers for those who needed help from FEMA after May's flooding will close Thursday.
The center in Nueces County will transition to a U.S. Small Business Administration Disaster Loan Outreach Center on Friday. 6 p.m. Thursday is the final day to register for FEMA assistance for survivors of the May 4-June 22 storms and flooding.
After Thursday's deadline, you will have to go online or call 1-800-621-3362 and follow the instructions on which documents you need to submit.
