KINGSVILLE, Texas — Update: July 13: The City of Kingsville announced via Facebook that four additional staff members have tested positive. In a message sent out by the university, the staff members were last on campus July 7, 9, 10.
The total number of positives reported at the university is now at 11.
June 30
3 staff members, 5 students at Texas A&M Kingsville test positive for the coronavirus.
According to the university, the members were last on campus June 2, June 18 and June 30. Previously, four students tested positive for the coronavirus. The students had last been on campus on June 11.
The University said it is working to identify any campus community members who may have come into contact with the positive cases.
