The public was invited to celebrate Hispanic culture through art work Sunday, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Tejano Civil Rights Museum.
Local artist Josie Castillo says, "This piece is very personal since I have always dealt with self confidence and the whole body image and a little bit of cultural as well."
Castillo also adds that art has been a way to cope with such issues like depression, image and anxiety.
