CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The City of Alice announced in a press release on Monday that the city has entered Stage 2 moderate drought restrictions.
Under these restrictions, residents will be limited to watering their lawn two days a week depending on their street address.
Even number addresses can water on Sundays and Thursdays between 6 and 8 a.m. or from 8 to 10 p.m.
Addresses that end with an odd number can water on Saturdays and Wednesdays between 6 and 8 a.m. or from 8 to 10 p.m.
The same rules apply for washing vehicles and filling swimming pools.
The goal is to reduce water usage by 15 percent.
