CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Corpus Christi Hooks fans will soon be able to obtain a Jose Altuve Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit Bobblehead, courtesy of Whataburger on Apr. 6 at Whataburger Field. The Hooks will kick off a three-game series vs. the Midland RockHounds Friday, Apr. 5 where the team's first 2,000 fans will receive Opening Night T-Shirts and enjoy postgame fireworks.
The Altuve bobbleheads will be available the next night at 7:05 p.m. The Hooks said they are remembering the former MVP's time with the team while rehabbing his right thumb after it was fractured last March.
Altuve spent some time in the Corpus Christi lineup in May of 2023.
