CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The $25.5 million Yorktown Boulevard construction project from Bond 2020 will begin on Wednesday, bringing improvements to the area between Rodd Field Road and the Oso Creek bridge.
The road will see upgrades to its pavement, curbs and gutters, as well as street lights and expanded sidewalks.
The project will also improve signage and traffic signals in the area along with upgrades to the stormwater, wastewater and gas infrastructure.
Work is expected to be completed by fall 2027.
