CORPUS CHRISTI (Kiii News) — Authorities are investigating an image that has been circulating through Snapchat which has prompted concern from many Coastal Bend parents.
The image shows a male holding a gun with text referring to "CHS" and "going out with a bang.
The image was reported to Corpus Christi Independent School District police and law enforcement agencies in multiple states, including the New York Police Department.
CCISD police tweeted just after 10 a.m. Friday that they are investigating the image and have increased security at schools as a precaution.
