Corpus Christi police are investigating a fatal crash that occurred on Weber Road near Lamont Street on Wednesday afternoon, involving an SUV and a motorcycle.
Officials from CCPD confirmed to 3NEWS that the motorcyclist died as a result of the crash.
Police are asking that residents avoid the area while they are investigating the scene.
