CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The second annual Coastal Bend Music Industry Symposium will take place Thursday morning.
The House of Rock and the Bay Jewel will host the event discussing the Coastal Bend music industry.
Thursday's free event aims to get our area recognized as a music-friendly community by the Texas Music Office. The symposium is set to begin at 8:30 a.m.
Musicians and industry professionals are expected to come together to share knowledge and resources on navigating the local and regional music trade.
There will be panel discussions by the Texas Music Office, and the best in the Coastal Bend music industry, according to event organizers. Attendees will have the option to choose from a variety of panels.
Local musicians, talent, producers and creatives are set to be in one space to discuss trends and information as event leaders move the Corpus Christi music scene forward.
