47-year-old Samuel Galbraith, a San Patricio County native, was set to be freed from prison in Louisiana after spending 17-years behind bars for the 1988 rape and murder of 21-year-old Karen Hill.
But late Friday Afternoon the Governor of Louisiana announced that he has rescinded Galbraith's parole. Residents in San Patricio County were concerned about the prospect of Galbraith being released. Our Michael Gibson spoke to some of those residents.
