CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — A unique animal clinic on the south side of Corpus Christi is in the process of expanding.
On Friday Animal Medical Corpus Christi broke ground in the 6800 block of Everhart for the expanding to a new 9500 square foot facility.
The new building will offer an extensive array of veterinary services all under one roof. The services will reportedly include acupuncture and even ultrasound.
"We're excited for this. I know the staff has been looking forward to it. We've been in this process for two years, so we're ready to get it rolling and continue serving the community," Dr. Danielle Wallek said.
The $2 million facility will also have a pet supply store in the lobby and a self-serve dog wash to bathe your pet.
The facility is expected to be open by December.
