Corpus Christi makes Pixar's list of cities to screen "Coco" in Spanish

Pixar's latest film brings an authentic look into the Mexican holiday Dia de los Muertos.

Many South Texas families will be headed to the movie theater today to get a first look at Pixar's latest animated film "Coco".

The film brings an authentic look into the Mexican holiday Dia de Los Muertos. Corpus Christi is one of the cities listed by Pixar that will screen the film in Spanish as well as English. These special screenings allow abuelitos to join their grandchildren at the theater without worrying about a language barrier.

Pixar officials said if a theater near you is *not screening the film in Spanish you can download the "theater-ears" app to playback the Spanish language track in sync with the film on your own headphones.
