CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Corpus Christi Municipal Court officials would like to inform the public about some recent changes they have made to their daily procedures.

"All in-person court dockets are canceled through July 31, 2020. When cases are rescheduled, notices will be mailed informing you when to appear. Notice may require appearance through video conference," said City officials.
Beginning Monday, June 1, 2020, Municipal Court will open to the public for payments and customer service only. Residents are still encouraged to resolve their case online, by email, mail, or by phone without appearing in person.
Considering the ever-changing environment surrounding COVID-19 and to protect the health and safety of court staff and members of the public, anyone visiting the building must:
- Wear a face mask
- Have your temperature taken upon entering
- Maintain social distancing
- Observe all COVID-19 precautions and signage
Anyone having a temperature of 100°F or higher will be denied entry to the building and asked to resolve their case using other available methods.
