CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Drew Anthony Davis, who is accused of shooting and killing 17-year-old Gabriel Campos III earlier this year, is now standing trial as an adult.
Tuesday's arraignment hearing was his first day in court since the decision.
Davis was 16 years old at the time of the shooting, and had stood trial in juvenile court since.
It was later decided that he would be tried as an adult.
