CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — On Wednesday the Everhart Road Project will extend from Alameda to the intersection at South Staples Street.
According to a City of Corpus Christi press release, this is Phase 1A of the five phase project that began in the fall.
The project will continue along the southbound lanes of Everhart Road. All left turns at the intersection of South Staples Street and Everhart Road will be restricted.
Drivers are advised use alternate routes and be cautious in the work zone.
The entire project is expected to last at least two years.
