It's been one week since the deadly Masterson St. shooting involving a teen shooting into a car of people

Details are still limited now, one week later.

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Saturday marked one week since a deadly shooting that involved Corpus Christi police on the city's southside where an officer shot and killed 17-year-old RJ Fuentes.

Police say Fuentes shot at a car full of people driving away from a party on Masterson St. near Kostohryz and Saratoga.

3NEWS obtained video from a neighbor's surveillance camera that appeared to corroborate the police's description of events.

Details are still limited now, one week later. Police arrested a second gunman on Monday, but still have not said what role he played in the shooting or what led to his arrest.

18-year-old Leandro Leon faces three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Police have also not released the identity of the police officer.

They say they are doing that for the officer's safety but have not said what caused them to fear for the officer's safety.
