A special dedication was held Tuesday at the Nueces County Precinct 2 Constable's Office in Flour Bluff as they unveiled their "Wall of Honor."

Current Precinct 2 Constable Mitchell Clark presided over this ceremony dedicating the "Wall of Honor." The wall was put there to commemorate the work of some of the past constables of Precinct 2. Clark said the wall is about honoring the call to public service.

"From the start to finish, it took about seven months. We had to do a lot of research," Clark said. "Then we finally got locations and dates and names and pictures, and then we started putting the wall together and it just kind of came. This is for the public. This is a historic event in my opinion and this is all for the public."

You can find the wall in the lobby of the Precinct 2 Constable's Office. They're at the 10000 block of Compton Road in Flour Bluff.
