NUECES COUNTY, Texas — Nueces County officials have blocked off County Road 73 and Wade St. due to fears of the road completely washing away.
A county worked spotted the road in bad condition Thursday morning. The road crosses a small creek and the worker noticed the asphalt underneath the road has been washed away.
The road will be closed until further notice.
