Robstown (KIII News) — A federal judge sentenced a Robstown gang member to 14 years in prison after he was found guilty of possessing a firearm as felon during a drug trafficking offense.
24-year-old Isaiah Cantu pleaded guilty to his charges last February.
Authorities said it was back in October of 2016 when police raided Cantu's home and found 116 grams of cocaine, 16 grams of heroin and 42 grams of synthetic marijuana. They also found guns and cash.
Police arrested Cantu, who was on parole at the time.
After serving 14 years in federal prison, Cantu will also have to serve five years of supervised release.
