Several threats made to area high schools, suspect 'secured,' per CCISD police chief

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Ray High School officials say there will be an increased police presence on campus following threats made to two CCISD campuses and another area high school. 

A letter emailed to Ray families notified parents Wednesday morning of threats made to several high schools in the area. 

CCPD and CCISD police are involved and say the person responsible is in custody.
