CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — This is a big week for the Texas State Aquarium as thousands descend on the Coastal Bend this Spring Break.
Brenna Lemon joined us live to talk about the big attractions you can expect this week during their extended hours.
Brenna says the Aquarium is already starting to see some large Spring Break crowds, and that there is plenty for them to see.
"We have our big shark exhibit...we do have several educational shows that we're gonna be having throughout the week," she said. "Our Splash Park is going to be open. and we do have a new movie coming to out 4D theater, the Turtle Odyssey that people can come see."
Lemon says there will also be plenty of new exhibits for folks to check out!
Wildlife care coordinator Andrea Hinojosa joined us live to introduce us to some talking flamingos.
Fun fact: Did you know a flock of flamingos is called a 'flamboyance?' Andrea says it's not only because of how pretty and vibrant they are, but because of how the animals like to show off. You can check out the full interview here:
