The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission is completing a three day operation.
An undercover team traveled down U.S. Highway 77 to specific businesses seeing if they would sell to a minor.
Agents say out of 64 businesses only six sold to the undercover minor.
The cashiers that did sell to minors face a class A Misdemeanor, a year in county jail and or a $4,000 fine.
Their business is also penalized and faces alcohol license suspension.
