Texas State Aquarium reopening Friday with social distances measures in place

All interactive touch displays, daily presentations and the 4-D theater will remain closed.

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Aquariums around the state will be allowed to reopen Friday, and that includes our very own Texas State Aquarium in Corpus Christi.

Ticket sales will be online only and attendance will be limited to support efforts to maintain social distancing. Floor graphics have been placed throughout the facility to ensure people remain six feet apart. Guests will also follow a one-way flow through the Aquarium.

All interactive touch displays, daily presentations and the 4-D theater will remain closed.

The H-E-B splash park will be open at 25-percent capacity.
