Several organizations along with local Vietnam Veterans are commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Vietnam War this week.
Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 910, Military Order of the Purple Heart Chapter 598 and the Veterans Band of Corpus Christi are coming together for a Roll Call of Vietnam Era Veterans at a special ceremony at the Nueces County Courthouse.
The Ceremony kicks off with a Coastal Bend Fallen Heroes photo display at 9:00AM Wednesday. The Ceremony and Roll Call will begin at 10AM sharp, that will be followed by a group photos of all Vietnam Era Veterans at 11:30AM.
The ceremony will be taking place at the Nueces County Courthouse 1901 Leopard St, Corpus Christi, Texas 78408 on Wednesday March 29, 2017 beginning at 9AM.
