A woman was arrested just before 9 a.m. Tuesday after she was seen driving the wrong way down Del Mar Street near Santa Fe.
The vehicle eventually parked in a random driveway. Police arrested the driver of being under the influence of synthetic marijuana.
Fortunately nobody was injured.
