Woman rescued by fire crews after falling into drainage hole, SAFD says

Officials say the victim was complaining about knee pain but did not provide information on her condition.

SAN ANTONIO — A woman reportedly fell into a drainage hole and was rescued by San Antonio fire crews Thursday afternoon, officials say. 

A spokesperson with the San Antonio Fire Department says crews responded to a call about a person who fell into a drainage hole on the south side near Packard Street and Brunswick Boulevard. 

Officials say the victim was complaining about knee pain but did not provide information on her condition.
