In a viral video shot on 3News' exclusive tower came back in August of 2013, 28-year old Nola Morales was seen running across SPID, fleeing from police after she was caught stealing items from the store.
Well on Monday, Morales was booked into the Nueces County Jail on three counts of possession of marijuana. She had been on probation from last year's shoplifting a the Academy on SPID.
