Kenedy County Precinct 2 Justice of the Peace Jerry Miller was released from the Nueces County Jail on bond Friday morning after his arrest in Robstown just the day before.
Miller was arrested on two felony warrants and one misdemeanor warrant. Of the felony charges, one was for assault/impeding breath or circulation of a family member, and the other was for tampering with evidence. The misdemeanor charge was for family violence/assault.
