CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Texas A&M-Corpus Christi is looking to continue its "golden era" of basketball with three trips to the NCAA Tournament combined between the men's and women's programs over the last three years.
Jim Shaw's men's team will make trips to Purdue, Hawaii and Houston in the first two months of the season. Royce Chadwick's women's team will head to Texas A&M to begin the season and then Baylor later in November. The Islanders women are coming off their first ever trip to the big dance last season.
