CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Construction on Highway 358 westbound continued past 6 a.m. Wednesday morning and had morning commuters backed up on the access road.
The highway partially reopened just after 6:30 a.m. The stretch has been shut down overnight daily for the construction.
