CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — According to Constable Jimmy Rivera, a multiple-vehicle crash on IH-69 between County Road 48 and County Road shut down traffic on Saturday just after 4 p.m.
Several agencies assisted with the crash and traffic control including DPS, Robstown EMS, PCT 3 Constables, and Nueces Sheriff's Office.
Officials say TXDOT closed a portion of IH-69 in the Calallen area for the southbound lanes.
"Use caution due to the rain and find alternate routes if traveling southbound," stated officials in a Facebook post.
No serious injuries were reported in Saturday afternoon's crash.
