CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Local Islander Ryann Phillips has her sights set on the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris!
Phillips will be competing on the US National Open Team for trap shooting hoping to grab a spot on the official team for the international games.
She currently ranks 31st in the world and 3rd in the nation in her spot according to the International Shooting Sport Federation.
In an interview with TAMU-CC officials, Phillip said "if you really want something, you just have to go for it."
