CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas —
Beeville police chief Kevin Behr told 3NEWS that he was suspended earlier this week after a shooting review board determined his actions were violation of department policy.
Behr said he recently shot at a fleeing suspect's tire.
The City Manager then assessed the incident, and a three-day suspension was handed down. That suspension began on Wednesday and will end on Saturday.
