CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Boy Scouts are set to host their annual 'Fishing for Scouts' tournament in June.
The annual fundraising event raises money that goes toward helping with the program and setting the stage for leadership development. Many of those dollars raised will go toward Camp Karankawa, which is where a lot of the Scout's youth development takes place, according to Marty Sepulveda, Scout Executive and CEO.
London ISD graduate Hallie Dark is a future Belmont music business student who says the Boy Scouts helped prepare her to face challenges and chose her future.
