CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Grab your buckets of sidewalk chalk and lawn chairs because Buc Days' traditional Rally Night Parade route is coming back this year.
The route had been changed in 2023 because of construction to the West Side's major artery, but it returns to its traditional place, beginning at Buccaneer Stadium and running down Leopard Street. Once the route gets Uptown, it will go down the hill up Schatzell Street and end at Water's Edge Park.
The city's long-running favorite night parade has experienced its share of alterations -- first with the arrival of COVID-19, and then with construction projects around the city -- but 2024 marks the return of generations of families camping out on Leopard Street to get their traditional view of the annual festival's crowning event.
Reserved tickets at the stadium are available for $15, and tickets are required for everyone in that section. General admission tickets are $10. Kids under 3 are free, but must be seated in an adult's lap.
