CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Corpus Christi Fire Department has received a donation of smoke detectors from State Farm Insurance.
The gift was made in honor of the 100th annual National Fire Prevention Week.
This contribution highlights the importance of fire safety and the critical role that smoke alarms play in protecting lives and property.
The donated smoke detectors will be given out to area homeowners.
