CCPD reminds community of panhandling regulations, warns against walking into intersections

The department said they were recently made aware of children walking into busy intersections and roadside solicitors not following necessary precautions.

The department has been made aware of pan handlers at various intersections throughout the city soliciting for donations.

Remember--aggressive pan handling is illegal and not tolerated in the city of Corpus Christi and it's important for the community to report it.

The Corpus Christi Police Department wants to ensure the safety of all citizens, and remind and educate the community...
