CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Pan handling is something we see here in the Coastal Bend and the Corpus Christi Police Department is reminding the community about unlawful solicitation.
The department has been made aware of pan handlers at various intersections throughout the city soliciting for donations.
Often times, individuals are going into the roadway to collect donations, which becomes a safety issue for the pedestrian and motorists.
Remember--aggressive pan handling is illegal and not tolerated in the city of Corpus Christi and it's important for the community to report it.
