CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Update: The Nueces County Medical Examiner released the identity of the man killed on Wednesday. The man was identified as 34-year-old Carlos Alberto Garcia.

An overnight shooting ends with one man dead and another behind bars charged with murder.
It happened just after 2 a.m. in a neighborhood near St. Andrews Park on the city's southside.
When the Corpus Christi Police Department arrived, they found the victim dead from a gunshot wound.
Police arrested 34-year-old Cody Ramos for the murder.
CCPD said the shooting was the result of an argument over property and that the two men knew each other.
