CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Robstown educators were awarded over $30,000 in teacher innovation grants all thanks to the Robstown ISD Education Foundation.
These grants are awarded to teachers to help support their creative efforts and enhance educational learning in the classroom.
On Tuesday, 43 teachers throughout the district were awarded grants!
3NEWS spoke with Robstown ISD Education Foundation Executive Director Eva Orona who said the grants go a long way.
"The benefit trickles down to the classrooms, it's all the students that benefit from it the awards we give out each year, showing the community that we're here to support our teachers and our students is a big major goal for the foundation."
