CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Robelin Revilla Jr., 42, was ejected from his 1998 Chevrolet Silverado after it left the roadway and rolled as he was traveling westbound on SH 239 towards US 77 Monday morning.
Revilla was not wearing his seatbelt and was ejected during the accident, according Texas Highway Patrol investigators.
He was transported to CHRISTUS Spohn Shoreline by Halo Flight for his injuries, but remained alert and talked with first responders.
Updates on his condition are not known at this time.
The crash remains under investigation by Texas Highway Patrol.
