CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — As temperatures continue to soar this summer, the Salvation Army of the Coastal Bend wants to help the community beat the heat.
The nonprofit is hosting its fan giveaway at the location off of Buford street this Friday. It starts at 9 in the morning and is scheduled to run through noon
Each family will be given one fan and one case of water.
You are asked to stay in your vehicle as staff members load the items for you.
