CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The annual Corpus Christi Greek Festival is happening this Friday, Nov. 1.
For over 60 years the St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church has been celebrating their rich history and culture with Corpus Christi through their annual festival.
With Greek inspired dishes, wines, beers, pastries, dances and live music, the festival is sure to have something for everyone to enjoy.
Looking for a traditional Greek dinner, slice of baklava or Greek frappe? There will be plenty of that and more.
While entry to the event is free, meals, pastries, beverages and raffle tickets will be up for sale. Only cash and card will be accepted and there will be an ATM on site for festivalgoers looking to grab some cash.
St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church's priest and Greek Festival bakers and volunteers joined First Edition Wednesday morning to give viewers a taste of what they can expect starting on Friday.
The event will take place from Friday Nov. 1 through Sunday Nov. 3 at 502 S. Chaparral Street.
